We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Field Sales Talent Recruiter to source, attract, and onboard self-employed field sales agents who sell card payment and merchant acquiring solutions to SMEs. This is a hands-on sourcing role for someone who thrives on proactive networking, understanding the market, and consistently building and working a strong pipeline.
You will take ownership of the end-to-end sourcing process, using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Reed, and other job boards, as well as your own creative sourcing strategies. Although we have an office located just outside of Grimsby, we offer full flexibility and actively promote a healthy work–life balance. This role can be fully remote or hybrid.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively source self-employed field sales agents using LinkedIn Recruiter, Reed, and other online platforms
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of independent sales professionals
- Write and post compelling job adverts to attract high-quality field sellers
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess sales experience, sector fit, and motivation
- Promote the value proposition of selling card payment solutions
- Maintain accurate candidate records and track sourcing activity
- Work closely with internal sales leadership to understand target profiles and regional needs
- Continuously explore new sourcing channels and approaches to reach self-employed sellers
- Experienced working in the Payments Industry
- Strong understanding of commission-based or self-employed sales models
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial mindset with the ability to “sell the opportunity” to candidates
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working at pace
- Background in sales recruitment, internal TA, or agency recruitment
- Proven experience sourcing or recruiting sales professionals, ideally field-based or self-employed
