Shift4 is seeking a Fraud Associate to monitor daily transactions, analyze patterns with BI tools, and manage card scheme compliance (Visa/Mastercard) to mitigate chargebacks. You will partner with risk and merchant teams to build and optimize fraud detection workflows.
You will communicate with SMB clients across channels, develop reports, and stay proactive in a fast-paced, multilingual environment. Hybrid role in London with weekly office visits.
