SC cleared / Software Delivery background / Agile
Working for this established technology partner you will:
- Oversee complex service deliveries in collaboration with Operations, Project, and Service Desk Managers.
- Advocate Agile and lean practices for continuous improvement.
- Define and execute product and service roadmaps in partnership with senior leaders.
- Manage financial and contractual negotiations, maintaining customer relationships.
- Lead planning processes, balancing priorities and team capacity.
- Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Address risks, issues, and dependencies using innovative solutions.
- Engage with the wider Delivery Manager community to share best practices.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams in a matrix environment.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity.
- Expertise in contract management and customer relations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Degree in Business Management or equivalent experience.
