Working for this established technology partner you will:
- Oversee complex service deliveries in collaboration with Operations, Project, and Service Desk Managers.
- Advocate Agile and lean practices for continuous improvement.
- Define and execute product and service roadmaps in partnership with senior leaders.
- Manage financial and contractual negotiations, maintaining customer relationships.
- Lead planning processes, balancing priorities and team capacity.
- Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Address risks, issues, and dependencies using innovative solutions.
- Engage with the wider Delivery Manager community to share best practices.
