This successful and growing software company are looking for a Technical Support engineer to join their team to help provide enterprise level assistance to their customers. You will be taking incoming support calls, analysing and troubleshooting issues, installing and customising applications and working closely with the development team.

** Excellent communication skills and enjoys working with people

** Experience working for a software company or supporting a business application

Desirable / Chance to learn Interested in Cloud & Data Platforms

Desirable / Chance to learn SQL querying

As this is a successful and growing company there are plenty of opportunities for progression, over time you could move into more of an implementation role, working at customer sites or you might prefer to contribute more to the development and improvement of the product itself., * Technical Support
