Shield Waterproofing and Preservation Ltd is expanding and we’re offering opportunities for experienced Multi-Skilled Technicians to join our growing Property Repairs & Maintenance division. If you have strong multi-trade skills and proven experience in Housing Association settings, we want to hear from you.
Location: North West & Midlands
Salary: Competitive Salary plus Overtime
Term: Permanent, Full Time
Company Vehicle: Company Van
The role will include:
- You’ll carry out planned and reactive works in occupied and void Housing Association properties, including:
- Kitchen rip-outs & installations
- First/second fix plumbing
- Plastering, skimming & patch repairs
- Digital job reporting
- Working to HA standards & H&S compliance
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in social housing / Housing Association works
- Strong multi-trade capability
- Ability to work independently & communicate well with tenants
- Full UK driving licence
