Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Control Room Operator, located in Kingston Upon Hull. The Control Room Operator will be responsible for monitoring security systems, managing guarding operations, overseeing guarding and mobile response duties, and maintaining effective communication within the team. Day-to-day tasks include real-time monitoring of CCTV feeds, responding to security alerts, and ensuring operational efficiency and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in Control Room operations is desirable
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications or training in control room operations is a plus
