Service Coordinator in Manchester

Location: Manchester City Centre, Hybrid 2 Days Office, 3 Days WFH

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and great at planning and coordination? Shield Safety is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage scheduling, team allocation, and client communications. You will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring services are delivered efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of audits, FRAs, SSVs, training, and other safety services
• Allocate work effectively, ensuring the right auditor with the right skills is assigned to each job
• Ensure services are delivered within agreed timelines and client deadlines
• Liaise with Operations, Audit, and Fire Safety teams to support smooth service delivery
• Maintain clear, timely communication with clientsManage diaries and scheduling processes accurately and efficiently
• Oversee subcontractor scheduling and support performance management
• Monitor performance metrics, utilisation, and efficiency, identifying areas for improvement
• Support project coordination and perform ad-hoc administrative tasks
