Excellent opportunity to join a market leader within the Industrial Door Supply, Service, PPM Maintenance and Repair sector operating nationwide on a 24/7 basis delivering the highest level of customer care to our client base. Our new Wakefield office is the platform to deliver a premium service to North East and Leeds Central regions. In this arena only service levels delivering excellence will be accepted by the client.
The Role:
- Operating as an Industrial Door Engineers Assistant / Trainee / Mate you will attend site assisting a Lead Engineer with all installation, repair, service, maintenance and PPM works on customer sites across the North East and Leeds Central regions.
- Partnering a Lead Engineer as part of a Mobile Engineer team providing attendance on all client sites for industrial and commercial doors, including loading bay equipment throughout the region.
- Demonstrating working to demanding deadlines, possessing a can-do attitude, creative mind, high level of energy, enthusiasm and happy to communicate with customers at all levels.

Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the safety of yourself, your co-worker and others at all times including the client, his employees and site visitors. This includes adhering to RAMS and specific working policies.
- Exceptional service level provided at all times.
- Company instruction, policies and procedures adhered to at all times.
- Ensuring all company issue equipment is respected, maintained and kept in excellent condition at all times.
- Upholding Shields image and reputation is paramount.
- At all times be presentable, professional, knowledgeable, polite, respectful and courteous to others.
