Excellent opportunity to join a market leader within the UK Industrial door supply and service sector operating nationwide on a 24/7 basis delivering the highest level of customer care to our client base. This is an exciting role which requires experience of managing facility delivering effective labour planning, controlling of mobile service vans, whilst managing administration functions for business centre team.
The Role:
- Managing office operating as a Service Coordination facility, responsible for the management of all installation, repair, service, maintenance and PPM works on customer sites across the North Central regions.
- Managing coordination of mobile engineers providing attendance on all client sites for industrial and commercial doors, including loading bay equipment throughout the region.
- Demonstrating experience managing a busy facility working to demanding deadlines, with a team delivering a can-do attitude, creative solutions, high level of energy, enthusiasm and happy to communicate with customers and colleagues at all levels.
Ideally we need you to be:
- Well educated with management experience of mobile service Engineers.
- Manage a professional team delivering the highest level of service excellence to the client.
- Excellent communication and telephone skills within the Industrial service sector.
- Experienced in managing and negotiating client site attendance timescale, costs, and performance.
- Review Company performance management systems and field service management software data.
- Responsible for P&L performance vs forecast.
