We are currently expanding our sales team and looking for high-performance appointment setters who can turn qualified inbound leads into booked calls with decision-makers. This is not a typical cold outreach role - all leads are inbound - but your job is to take control of the conversation, qualify effectively, and convert interest into booked appointments.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Qualifying prospects and identifying decision-makers
  • Clearly communicating the value of Shield Desk in a concise, compelling way
  • Booking high-quality calls for our closing team
  • Maintaining consistent follow-up with warm prospects
  • Managing pipeline and activity using HubSpot CRM

Performance Expectations

  • Minimum of 5 booked calls per week
  • Consistent daily outreach and follow-up activity
  • Weekly performance reviews and KPI tracking
  • Focus on quality of calls booked, not just volume

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills (fluent English is essential)
  • Proven experience in appointment setting, sales, or lead qualification
  • Ability to handle conversations confidently and move prospects forward
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and performance-focused
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently

Nice to have (not required):

  • Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or B2B sales
  • Understanding of enterprise or corporate sales environments

Compensation

  • Commission only: 20% on all deals you generate
  • Recurring commission paid for 3 months per client closed
  • High earning potential due to deal sizes and target market

Why Shield Desk

  • High-quality inbound leads provided
  • Your set appointments are closed directly by the CMO and CEO - giving you elite-level closing on every deal.
  • Premium product solving a real, urgent problem (data security & privacy)
  • Fast-growing company with strong market demand
  • Opportunity to scale into a senior sales role
  • Training provided and scripts to help you qualify leads and set calls
