The Vice President/Head of Sales of EMEA will be responsible for leading our revenue growth across the region. As a VP, you will be responsible for leading revenue creation activities with a team of Client Partners, driving formulation and execution of a strategy to maximize business growth in the region. You will drive revenue growth by building a high-performance sales organization and developing a highly productive partner network.
Three key focus areas for this leader include:
- People: talent development, acquisition and retention
- Pipeline: growth, quality and predictability
- Deal support
An important attribute of the role will be identifying growth strategies and working closely with delivery and customer success teams to accelerate revenue growth.
Success Measures:
- Accelerate the awareness and adoption of Shibumi solutions in the region.
- Mentor and develop a high performing sales and delivery team focused on EMEA growth.
Responsibilities:
- You will build a sales strategy and process to drive regional revenue growth.
- You will be responsible for developing an effective sales strategy to drive and convert inbound leads.
- You will lead the team and be responsible for setting targets, KPIs, nurturing your team to fuel growth.
- Lead enterprise account engagement and implement a repeatable methodology and process for maximizing sales success.
- Drive the commercial success of the Shibumi team in EMEA by increasing customer retention and driving growth through expansion of existing customer investments and acquiring new customers.
- Adhere to the company's operational framework ensuring sales tools are leveraged effectively and data entry/reporting requirements are met.
- Identify marketing requirements and programs to drive lead generation for the region.
- Manage and report accurate forecast and pipeline, achieve sales goals on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success and Delivery Services teams to ensure post-sale customer success.
- Be an integral part of Shibumi leadership team and contribute to our growth trajectory.
