Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist actively networks to identify candidates, conducts resume searches, and maintains a network of active and passive candidates using various sourcing practices. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand needs, contributing to recruiting strategies, screening candidates, and participating in recruitment events. The ideal candidate will support recruitment-related administrative tasks, handle confidential information with discretion, and utilize digital platforms to streamline HR processes and enhance recruitment efficiency.
Role Description
