Job Summary: As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in helping our customers succeed while driving business growth. This early‑career role provides ownership of client relationships, exposure to major initiatives, and the opportunity to impact customer outcomes and business performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of customer relationships, ensuring high engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Identify customer needs and help deliver tailored, practical solutions.
  • Run business reviews and regular check‑ins to share insights and drive alignment.
  • Work closely with internal teams to bring solutions and ideas forward.
  • Support initiatives that improve delivery of technology and services.
  • Keep CRM and customer data up to date to support account planning and growth.
  • Act as a key connector between customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service, including quotes and renewals.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience in outside sales, inside sales management, or pre‑sales supporting large organizations.
  • Ability to travel to SHI, partner, and customer events.
  • Advanced sales EOM sales certification preferred (e.g., Microsoft, Dell, HP, Cisco, AWS, Lenovo).
  • 2–4 years of experience in a Customer Success role preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data.
  • Ability to develop detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) and drive revenue growth through professional services engagements.
  • Proficiency in overseeing and coordinating multiple related projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Team selling experience and proficiency in selling information technology products and services on a global scale.
  • Excellent communication, organization, planning, and digital acumen skills.

Compensation: The estimated annual pay range for this position is £40,000 – £45,000 base salary plus bonus. Compensation depends on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
