Job Description
This is a full-time Talent Manager position, at an award-winning Talent Management agency.
We represent a range of the most exciting creators, presenters and authors across the UK.
The role is based in Shoreditch with a hybrid working model, allowing a blend of in-office collaboration and work from home.
The Talent Manager will manage a roster of up to 6 creators.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a roster of diverse talent who predominantly work within the creator economy.
- Build strategic growth plans aligned with each talent's career goals, defining clear milestones, providing continuous feedback and support, and ensuring consistent progress.
- Identifying new talent in various content verticals and new areas of growth for the business.
- Consistently develop and build relationships with industry professionals.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements on behalf of talent, securing the best possible terms.
- Proactively outreach to secure new opportunities for talent, such as brand partnerships, TV, books and endorsements.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including calendar management, gifting, events, campaign management, and more.
What's Needed
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in talent management or influencer marketing, preferably working with digital creators.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to advocate for talent while maintaining constructive brand and agency partnerships.
- Organisational and project management skills, including handling multiple campaigns, contracts, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfort with negotiation, contracts, and commercial terms, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating in person in Shoreditch and managing responsibilities independently from home and aboard on work trips.
- Knowledge of influencer industry trends, brand marketing practices, and digital content formats across platforms such as Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, and podcasts.
