We partner with independent instructors to deliver engaging classes while providing administrative and booking support through our platform.

SheyDance.com is seeking experienced Dance Instructors to provide group dance instruction as independent contractors. Instructors are compensated through a revenue-sharing model based on class enrollment and duration.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver professional dance instruction in assigned or proposed dance styles
  • Conduct regular one-hour and extended-length group classes through the SheyDance.com platform
  • Maintain a professional, inclusive, and safe learning environment
  • Ensure timely communication with students regarding class content and expectations
  • Comply with SheyDance.com scheduling, booking, and administrative procedures
Dance Studio Booking

SheyDance.com covers dance studio booking fees for one-hour classes only. However, you are free to post on the platform as many times as you wish, independently. For classes exceeding one hour in duration, all associated studio booking fees are the responsibility of the instructor.

Compensation Structure

Revenue distribution per class:

  • Instructor: 30% of the total class proceeds
  • SheyDance.com: 70% platform and administrative fee

Compensation is contingent upon student enrollment and class revenue. Ability to make significantly more if classes are run independently.

Scheduling & Engagement Model

Instructors maintain control over their availability and class offerings. Engagements may include single-session or recurring classes. This role is well-suited for professionals seeking flexible, performance-based income.
