Shettleston is a community-based housing association and a Scottish Charity, which has played a major role in the regeneration of the local area for 48 years. Do you have a passion for making a difference to people's lives and delivering excellent customer service? This is a great opportunity for someone with energy, enthusiasm and ideas to develop and progress their career in housing.

You will ideally have social housing management experience and a working knowledge of relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and good practice. Working in our busy, multi-disciplinary team you will be responsible for the delivery of customer-focused services to a "patch" of our rented homes including:

  • lettings
  • tenant support
  • rent arrears prevention and recovery
  • neighbourhood management
  • tenant participation

You must be a team player, able to work effectively with a range of colleagues and external agencies to fulfil the Association's objectives and meet the needs of service users and the community.
