The Cook is responsible for organising and controlling the preparation and service of meals in a residential care home and the meals on wheels provision, where relevant. The Cook reports to the Unit Manager.

The grade of this post is G. Rate of pay shown in the advert is inclusive of Distant Islands Allowance of £1.4808 per hour. This is a Supply/Casual/Relief post.
Preferred candidates will be required to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update. A relocation package does not apply to this post. We will pay interview expenses from within Shetland. We are happy to talk flexible working.
