Receptionists at Islesburgh Complex are responsible, through the Admin Officer and Team Leader, for the efficient provision of a reception and administration service to Islesburgh Complex with minimal direct supervision from line managers. Receptionists are required to work as part of a reception and administration team to ensure that a high quality, customer focused service is delivered to users of the complex.

The grade of this post is E. Rate of pay shown in the advert is inclusive of Distant Islands Allowance of £1.5523 per hour. This is a permanent part-time post for 9.0 hours per week, 52.18 weeks per year.
The hours of work are to be worked every 2nd week:
- Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 1645-2115
- Week 2 - no hours
A relocation package does not apply to this post. We will pay interview expenses from within Shetland. We are happy to talk flexible working.
