The Cleaner will undertake, individually or as part of a team, the cleaning of designated areas, which could be within school premises, offices, games halls, community centres and/or associated areas to ensure that they are kept in a clean and hygienic condition.

- The grade of this post is AB.
- Rate of pay shown in the advert is inclusive of Distant Islands Allowance of £1.5523 per hour.
- Preferred candidates will be required to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update prior to a formal offer of employment being made.
- Term Time Part Time post for 15 hours per week, 39 weeks per year, plus 6.24 weeks (pro rata) paid holiday to be taken during school holidays.
- A relocation package does not apply to this post.
- We will pay interview expenses from within Shetland.
