About She’s Vintage
She’s Vintage is a growing London-based luxury resale business specialising in pre-loved and vintage designer handbags, with a particular focus on brands such as Hermès and Chanel.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Part-Time Luxury Fashion Content & Operations Assistant to work closely with the founder for approximately two days per week.
This is an entry-level opportunity that would suit someone who genuinely loves luxury fashion, vintage designer bags and social media. Previous professional experience is not essential, but an existing interest in luxury brands and a willingness to learn are very important.
The role
The position combines social media content creation with practical showroom and order-management responsibilities. On some days, you will work directly alongside the founder to film and create content. You will also help keep the business running smoothly, particularly when the founder is travelling.
Your responsibilities will include:
Filming marketing content for Instagram and TikTok.
Helping to plan, photograph and edit engaging social media content
Assisting with Canva graphics and other simple creative assets
Supporting the day-to-day organisation of the showroom
Receiving and carefully logging incoming bags and shipments
Preparing, packaging and shipping customer orders
Shipment drop offs & courier collections
Updating product and order information
Photographing bags and prepare listings
Using approved authentication platforms and following our authentication processes
Responding to straightforward customer enquiries when required
Helping the business continue operating smoothly while the founder is travelling.
Be able to travel abroad for work if needed.
Full training will be provided for our internal processes, authentication platforms, packaging standards and stock-management procedures.
About you
We would love to hear from you if you are:
Genuinely interested in luxury fashion, vintage and designer handbags
Familiar with high end brands such as Hermès, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Gucci etc
Confident using Instagram and TikTok
Comfortable filming content and potentially appearing on camera occasionally
Familiar with basic video editing, photography and Canva
Highly organised and careful with valuable products
Trustworthy, responsible and able to work independently
Enthusiastic, motivated and hardworking
Confident travelling around central London to collect or dispatch stock
Available to work approximately two days per week, including independently while the founder is travelling
Available to travel abroad if needed
Previous employment within luxury fashion, resale or social media is welcome but not required. We are more interested in finding someone who is proactive, has the right attitude, strong attention to detail and a genuine enthusiasm for the industry.
