Career progression — the real kind
At Sherwoods, progression isn’t rushed and it isn’t based on empty promises. Several members of our senior leadership team started with us as apprentices. They learned the trade properly, proved themselves over time, and progressed because they were ready — not because a job title was dangled in front of them. That’s exactly how we still do things today. We won’t promise you a supervisor role in three months.
