Sherwoods in Newton Abbot (Vander House) is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a small team and keep our fabric division running like clockwork.

You’ll work with the Head of Department to coach 3 operatives and support around 20 field engineers with scheduling, quotes and service delivery.

You’ll balance people leadership with hands‑on operational delivery, drive health and safety, and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
