What you’ll be doing: Planned and reactive commercial plumbing maintenance across client sites; fault finding, repairs, and minor installation works; working to a realistic, pre-planned schedule; completing work safely and in line with regulations.
What you’ll need: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent); experience in a commercial or maintenance environment; full UK driving licence; willingness to undertake an enhanced DBS check.
What you’ll get: Salary up to £36,400, depending on experience; realistic earnings nearer £43,000 when door-to-door travel time is included; company van and fuel card (AC, cruise control, parking sensors); overtime available (never forced).
