Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Administrator role based in Wolverhampton. The Sales Administrator will handle day-to-day order processing, preparing quotations, and updating sales records and customer accounts. The role includes responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with the sales team and warehouse, and ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. The Sales Administrator will also assist with general office administration, maintain documentation, and support sales reporting and basic data entry tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills to manage inquiries, build client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Experience with order processing and sales support activities, including preparing quotes and updating sales documentation.
- Administrative assistance skills, such as accurate data entry, record keeping, and handling general office tasks.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar), and the ability to learn internal sales and inventory systems.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Previous experience in a sales support, administration, or customer service role, ideally within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Wolverhampton and collaborate effectively with colleagues across sales, operations, and logistics.
