Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Document and report any changes in clients\' conditions or needs promptly.
- Drive clients to appointments or social activities as required, ensuring their safety and comfort during transport.

- Utilise IT systems for record-keeping and communication purposes as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable but not essential.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.

- A valid driving licence is preferred for transporting clients.
