We provide professional and quality childcare within a safe and stimulating environment for children aged 6 months to 11 years. Our services range from Baby Care to After School and Holiday Care.

By completing the Early Years Level 3 apprenticeship, you will gain relevant skills, behaviours, and competence under supervision, serving as a pathway to a career in childcare. There is potential for a permanent position as an Early Years Level 3 qualified staff member upon completion.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in delivering high-quality childcare and maintaining positive outcomes for children and staff.
  • Building effective relationships with children, parents, and team members.
  • Meeting each child\'s individual needs.
  • Working towards the apprenticeship standards provided by Juniper Training, with an expected completion within the agreed timeframe.
  • Completing bespoke childcare courses and training sessions to ensure high-quality practice.

The apprenticeship involves regular training with a college or training organization, with at least 20% of working hours dedicated to training or studying.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7 am to 6 pm, 40 hours per week, with shift patterns.
