Your responsibilities include:
- Assisting in delivering high-quality childcare and maintaining positive outcomes for children and staff.
- Building effective relationships with children, parents, and team members.
- Meeting each child\'s individual needs.
- Working towards the apprenticeship standards provided by Juniper Training, with an expected completion within the agreed timeframe.
- Completing bespoke childcare courses and training sessions to ensure high-quality practice.
The apprenticeship involves regular training with a college or training organization, with at least 20% of working hours dedicated to training or studying.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7 am to 6 pm, 40 hours per week, with shift patterns.
