Sherwood Forest Hospitals are currently seeking a dedicated Governance Support Officer to join our dynamic administration team in the Women & Children Division at King's Mill Hospital. The Governance Support Officer will play a pivotal role in providing administrative support to the Women & Children Governance Teams, Matron for Maternity Governance and the Maternity Governance Team. Your efforts will contribute to the smooth and effective performance of duties, making a direct and positive impact on the team's work.
You will have a large amount of autonomy and as a result you'll need to be comfortable working independently and taking accountability for your own workload.
Key Responsibilities Of The Role Include:
- Providing exceptional administrative support, including planning and minuting governance meetings across Women & Children Division.
- Supporting preparation of reports and documents of a confidential nature.
- Support staff diary management.
- Contributing directly to the positive and efficient functioning of the Governance team.
