We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Trustee with experience in Health & Safety and organisational compliance to join our Board and help ensure we continue to operate safely, responsibly, and in line with legal and regulatory standards.
With increasing community use, new programmes, and ongoing building needs, your expertise will directly shape our future and protect the wellbeing of everyone who walks through our doors. You’ll help safeguard a much-loved community asset, support our long-term sustainability, and play a crucial role in strengthening local trust and confidence in our work.
What are we looking for?
We are seeking someone who brings both professional expertise and a compassionate, collaborative approach. The ideal trustee will have an understanding of Health & Safety legislation, risk management, and compliance requirements. Experience in roles such as Health & Safety, facilities management, regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and an ability to interpret regulatory guidance into practical, achievable actions for a community setting.
