In the role of our Technical Manager within our Protective Coatings division, you will provide excellent technical support to our customers to ensure customer satisfaction and grow at Sherwin Williams, whilst managing the technical team at our Bolton site in Greater Manchester.In this role you will be accountable for…Direct management of the technical teamEnsuring customer satisfaction and enhancing Sherwin Williams reputation in the marketProviding support with highly complex technical enquiriesSupporting sales leadership with claims and complex technical customer related business issuesEnsure, measure and drive the following team behaviors:Ensures a professional and courteous response to enquiries in relation to technical questions on our product line in relation to technical aspects of a product or coatings specificationProvide detailed technical specifications to satisfy customer needsUtilise Salesforce.com effectively for all enquiries feeding into projectsThe skills and experience you will ideally have.. .
