We are looking for a Process Engineer to drive long-term improvements and support capital projects within our manufacturing operations. This role focuses on process design, optimization, and implementing best practices to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve process designs, models, and technical solutions.
- Lead systemic problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support and lead new product/formula introductions and technology transfers.
- Provide process engineering input for capital projects, including design packages, simulations, and safety reviews.
- Drive standardization and implement global process engineering best practices.
- Conduct economic evaluations and develop proposals for process improvements and capital investments.
- Act as a technical liaison and provide training on process chemistry and equipment.
- Own key Process Safety Management (PSM) elements and participate in hazard analyses.

The skills and experience we are ideally looking for:
- Engineering Apprenticeship.
- Engineering degree, or working towards.
- 5 years experience in a Hazardous manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of Management of relevant country Health and Safety legislation.
- Experience of Computer Maintenance Management Systems.
- Regulatory understanding, including PSSR, LOLER, PUWER, HASAW 1974, SEVESO/COMAH.
- Working knowledge of ATEX Commissioning and Management of Change.
- Advanced PC skills essential.
