The role of our Site Operations Manager at our Deeside plant is an exciting role for an experience Ops Manager from within Manufacturing looking for a new opportunity. In This Role, You Will: Deliver Quality: Ensure the production plan is met on time and with top-notch quality. Collaborate on Quality: Work with the Quality team to investigate and resolve quality issues, and improve processes to eliminate losses. Track Performance: Collect and ensure accurate performance data, and improve manufacturing, filling, and packaging efficiencies.
