Join us as a Talent & Learning Specialist and play a key role in shaping development initiatives and belonging programs across the region. In this role, you’ll work closely with global teams, HR, and the EMEAI Talent Team to ensure processes run smoothly and enhance the entire employee lifecycle. You’ll be part of a collaborative, forward‑thinking environment where your ideas matter, and where feedback, trust, and support are at the heart of what we do.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with global and regional teams to deliver training, tools, and resources for HR, managers, and employees.
- Communicate and coordinate talent programs, acting as a liaison between regional and global stakeholders.
- Empower managers with practical guidance to improve talent processes and business outcomes.
- Support belonging and culture initiatives, enhancing employee experience and retention.
- Advise on learning programs, facilitate training, and manage mentoring and 360° assessments.
- Monitor trends, share best practices, and drive process improvements (CI, automation).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Training Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience in Talent Management or L&D).
- 3–5 years’ experience in HR, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Talent Acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle and learning processes.
- Experience facilitating workshops and managing talent programs.
- Fluent in English plus another language (ideally German or Italian).
- Analytical skills with ability to interpret metrics and provide insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred:
- Regional HR experience across multiple countries.
- Strong stakeholder and organizational management skills.
- Proficiency in M365 and familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Articulate, Canva).
