We are looking for a detail‑oriented and collaborative Product Documentation Specialist in part time (20 hours per week) to support the execution of our Marketing Operations plan in line with the overall Marketing strategy. In this role, you will manage projects and perform key marketing and documentation activities, ensuring product documentation meets legal, market, and customer requirements across regions.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of the Marketing plan aligned with overall departmental objectives
- Generate and publish Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for new product releases across different legislative areas on websites and other online platforms
- Collaborate with the Product Stewardship team to ensure all Safety Data Sheets are accurate and up to date
- Coordinate translation and review processes for product documentation in required languages
- Coordinate the creation of new Technical Data Sheets (TDS), working closely with Product Management and Technical Marketing for content input
- In collaboration with Product Management and Technical Marketing Specialists, ensure all Technical Data Sheets remain current
- Manage projects to completion within allocated timelines and budgets
- Support the development and continuous improvement of processes and workflows
- Interpret and apply departmental policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations, ensuring full compliance
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding the availability of product documentation
Qualifications
- Secondary Vocational Education or a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross‑functionally within a matrix organization
- Project management and coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional proficiency in English is essential and in Dutch is a plus
- Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access – advanced proficiency in Excel preferred); iNotes
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to change and manage conflicting priorities
- Strong time management skills
- Experience in a global or multinational company is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access) and iNotes
Travel Requirement: Up to 10% travel per year
