What you will be responsible for:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy in inbound/outbound activities, picking, packing, pallet quality, and load safety.
- Resolve operational issues including damages, incorrect quantities, product variances, and packing defects.
- Act as the main liaison between Sherwin-Williams divisions and the 3PL provider, ensuring smooth communication and aligned service levels.
- Manage system and data accuracy across 3PL WMS/TMS and Sherwin-Williams’ Oracle systems, ensuring reliable reporting and reconciliation.
- Monitor and improve performance KPIs, driving efficiency, service quality, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Support facility and relationship management, working closely with 3PL leadership and internal stakeholders to maintain a strong partnership and address site-related needs.
The skills and experience you ideally have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in warehouse operations or 3PL management.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse best practices, inventory control, logistics processes, and infrastructure.
- Experience working in matrix, multi-divisional, and regional environments.
- Proven ability to support or implement ERP or supply chain transformation projects (highly desirable).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, SharePoint).
- Experience with WMS/TMS systems; Blue Yonder and Oracle R12 preferred.
- LEAN/Six Sigma certification is an advantage.
- Advanced English communication skills, written and verbal.
- Demonstrates curiosity, independence, humility, and a continuous-learning mindset.
- Strong strategic influencing and stakeholder management skills.
