This position will take a strong supporting role across the Packaging EMEAI business with focus on sales excellence to maximize the efficiency and performance of the wider sales team.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation, adoption and data hygiene of the CRM platform across Packaging EMEAI.
- Support in the optimization of sales process, tools & frameworks to drive the performance of the sales team.
- Continually improve the onboarding programs and ongoing training activities to support sales capability build and shorten time to achieve full productivity of new team members.
- Deliver aspects of training to sales team related to CRM specific and Sales Excellence overall.
- Translate complex data into clear business messages, dashboards, and high-quality presentations for commercial leadership and Business Performance Reviews.
- Work with commercial team to ensure alignment in Business opportunities with Demand Review meetings.
- Review progress on CRM Opportunities ensuring regular updates by commercial team - highlighting actions required in Business Performance Reviews.
- Manage and coordinate the monthly Sales Demand Review.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to support strategic initiatives and drive commercial performance.
- Support and co-ordinate various initiatives to ensure timely achievement of milestones across the organization in conjunction with relevant stakeholders.
- Administration coordination for field employees’ travel and work visa requirements.
- Assist leadership with ad-hoc analysis and admin support with commercial contracts.
Qualifications
- FORMAL EDUCATION
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management or a related field.
- TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Required: 3-5 years of professional experience in Sales Analysis, Sales Operations, Business Research, Consulting, CRM or Project Management.
- Ability to influence Senior Leaders and Managers to drive process and system adoption across decentralized sales team.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in written and verbal English, additional languages are a plus.
- Convincing, persistent, open-minded and good communicator.
- Proven ability to break down complex problems, structure analysis and deliver clear recommendations.
- Keen attention to detail when auditing numbers, managing databases, and building reports.
- Preferred: Advanced knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce) and business intelligence platforms (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
