What You’ll Do

  • Lead brand strategy for Purdy, Geocel, and Thompsons - from positioning to execution.
  • Support Ronseal initiatives in DIY, ensuring consistency and impact.
  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, trade media, events, and in-branch.
  • Drive visibility and advocacy in merchant channels (e.g. Screwfix, Toolstation, independents).
  • Partner with sales, product, shopper, digital and external agencies to deliver cohesive brand activity.
  • Manage budgets and measure performance to maximize ROI.

Location: Wokingham, Winnersh (Hybrid: 3 days on site / 2 days remote)

Reports to: Senior Brand Manager - Ronseal & Trade Brands

  • Strong understanding of the trade and merchant environment.
  • Skilled in integrated marketing planning and campaign delivery.
  • Commercially minded, insight-driven, and highly collaborative.
  • Driving license and own car.
