Responsibilities

  • Salesforce Data Cleansing in preparation for Dynamic migration
  • Logging Customer Visit Reports on Salesforce
  • Chasing overdue opportunities
  • Lead Sources - project searches, customer searches, contact searches
  • Quarterly track record reports for Marketing
  • Reviewing Top 20 projects to ensure up to date
  • Creating Accounts & Contacts
  • Preparation for Segment Meetings - selection of opportunities to discuss
  • Account Creations/Integrated Accounts
  • LinkedIn – updated that might be useful, awards announced, new projects etc.

Qualifications

  • Highly motivated and pro-active approach
  • Use of own initiative
  • Be able to learn quickly
  • Work in a fast-paced environment
  • Works well individually as well as part of a team
  • Good level of competency using Excel
  • Previous use of CRM systems desirable, not necessarily Salesforce
  • Local to the office so they can come in a few times a week, mixture of office and working from home
