As our EHS Manager at our Bolton site you will be responsible for the Health & Safety for the manufacturing site, alongside the senior management team. This position is ideal for someone with experience working as an EHS Manager for the last few years or someone as a Senior EHS Advisor looking for the next opportunity. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies, Health and Safety and/or NEBOSH qualifications
- EHS experience within a manufacturing environment including managing comprehensive health, safety, and environmental programs.
- Previous experience applying specialised knowledge in an area of health, environmental, and safety programs.
- Experience leading site procedural and operational audits.
- Previous experience developing and implementing programs, policies, and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal skills / people orientated

Responsibilities
- Lead and continuously improve site EHS standards, ensuring legal compliance and safe ways of working.
- Drive audits, incident investigations and action plans to strengthen safety performance.
- Partner with site leaders, employees and Corporate/Regional EHS teams to improve culture and share best practices.
- Oversee EHS reporting, training, communication and engagement activities.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness, contractor management and regulatory interactions.
- Support the development and performance of the local EHS team.
