We are looking for a Facility Manager who will ensure operational performance meets volume, quality, and cost goalsâwhile exceeding customer expectations for safety, service, and efficiency. This is a handsâon leadership role where you will champion customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement across all aspects of the operation.
Responsibilities
- Provide strong leadership for daily operations and future improvements.
- Champion customer satisfaction initiatives to strengthen our value proposition.
- Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory, and SherwinâWilliams policies.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs with technicians.
- Actively participate in Daily Management System meetings, coaching and sharing best practices.
- Support achievement of facility sales, operating profit, volume, and margin targets.
- Monitor operations to meet customer and siteâspecific KPIs.
- Manage inventory levels and implement stock management systems to improve turns.
- Assist in capital planning and sourcing equipment to support sales growth.
- Measure and report monthly on KPIs and improvement projects, leveraging EMEA best practices.
- Lead annual physical inventory and ensure timely, accurate completion.
- Implement Loss Prevention audit actions and ensure safety and security compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement in Health, Safety, and Environmental performance.
- Promote SherwinâWilliams values, employee engagement, and HR processes, including performance and talent management.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorâs degree or equivalent in a relevant field (Required).
- Experience: 3â5 years in customer relations, logistics, and operational team management (Required).
- Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and compliance.
- Familiarity with internal management systems and site installations.
- Technical skills: Strong computer proficiency, EHS management training, and experience with SherwinâWilliams IT systems (MIRA, Discovery, ECOMET).
