Your Responsibilities
- Act as the primary owner and administrator of HubSpot, ensuring it is well-configured, maintained and used effectively.
- Proactively identify system gaps, inefficiencies and automation opportunities, implementing scalable solutions.
- Own data hygiene initiatives, including ongoing database cleanup and normalization.
- Partner closely with Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations and CRM teams to ensure data consistency across the funnel.
- Operationally support campaign execution by building and managing lists, workflows, automations and assignment rules.
- Build and maintain a trusted reporting infrastructure that accurately reflects channel and campaign performance.
- Ensure dashboards and reports are actionable, reliable, and aligned with leadership and GTM needs.
- Create operational playbooks that enable consistency, scalability and knowledge retention.
What You Bring
- 3 - 5+ years of hands-on ownership of HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Strong expertise in marketing automation: workflows, lead routing and campaign setup.
- Solid understanding of CRM.
