This Assembly operative role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing team in the telecommunications and networking sector. This company manufactures equipment for the telecoms sector and they are expanding due to an increase in orders.

Working Hours: 39 hours per week

  • Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch break)
  • Friday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
  • Overtime may be required to meet customer deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform electro-mechanical assembly of components, including sheet metal assemblies and basic electrical component assembly

  • Conduct precise measurements and ensure angular orientation of components
  • Maintain consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, and adherence to health & safety procedures
  • Continuously develop skills and knowledge to enhance performance in the role
  • Undertake additional duties as reasonably requested by the company

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in assembly work
  • Mechanical knowledge for equipment setup
  • Experience with hand and power tools
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
