Sherpa Cleans Ltd is an exciting, expanding and fast paced business operating throughout the central belt of Scotland. We cover a range of commercial property cleaning in offices, restaurants, bars and event spaces. We work alongside partners to support their high quality short let properties and Pop-Up Hotels during festival periods to cover all elements of the guest turnover from linen to cleaning services and welcome packs.
About the Role
We are looking for energetic individuals to join our Commercial Cleaning Team in Edinburgh City Centre and have opportunities to start immediately. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning bars, restaurants and/or offices for high-end clients.
This role provides a varied work day and can be worked as part-time or full-time. We are searching for skilled, diligent Commercial Cleaners, who take pride in their work. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining our properties and their surrounds to high standards. Experience is essential and ongoing training will be given.
To be successful in this role, you should be able to complete cleaning assigned tasks within the stipulated period and able to perform to a high standard with minimal supervision. Where necessary you must work well as part of a team.
We are looking for energetic individuals to fill a variety of different roles, both full-time and part time, and so the role can be flexible for the right candidate.
We are searching for skilled, diligent Housekeepers, who take pride in their work. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining our properties and their surrounds to high standards. Professional experience is essential and ongoing training will be given.
To be successful in this role, you should be able to complete assigned tasks within the stipulated period and able to perform to a high standard with minimal supervision. Where necessary, you must work well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Cleaning floors of various types as required by client.
Cleaning of walls, bar kickstands and tables as determined by the client.
Sanitising toilets, sinks and all associated areas.
Emptying Bins.
Performing internal widow cleaning as necessary.
Liaising with the line manager to ensure that you have sufficient cleaning products and linen at all times.
Reporting any property concerns during the cleaning process.
Informing the line manager of repairs or maintenance that need to be done.
Sound knowledge of cleaning supplies and cleaning techniques.
The ability to follow instructions as provided by client and your line manager.
The ability to adapt to changing schedules.
Punctual and reliable with diligent attention to detail and safety.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in English
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
Ability to function well as part of a team.
