We are seeking an experienced Commercial Pipe Fitter to work on a Ministry of Defence (MOD) site. This project involves the installation of commercial heating infrastructure, including air source heat pumps and associated steel pipework systems.
Due to the nature of the site, all candidates must hold a valid VIVO card.
Key Responsibilities- Installation of 3 commercial air source heat pumps
- Installation of approximately 800 metres of steel pipework throughout the building
- Connection and installation of 29 radiant panels
- Reading and working from CAD drawings
- Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with site safety regulations and MOD compliance standards
- Working effectively as part of a team to meet project deadlines
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site housekeeping
- Proven experience as a Commercial Pipe Fitter
- Experience installing steel pipework in commercial settings
- Ability to confidently read and interpret CAD drawings
- Valid VIVO Card (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
- Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work
- IPAF certification
- PASMA certification
- Previous experience working on MOD or high-security sites
