Key Requirements for Fixers: * NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Cladding Installation (or similar qualification) – Essential * A minimum of 3 years of experience in facade, cladding, and curtain wall installation. * Ability to interpret technical drawings and work independently or within a team. * IPAF and PASMA certifications – Preferred but not mandatory. Key Requirements for Mates: * At least 1 year of experience assisting with facade, cladding, or curtain wall installation. * Willingness to learn and develop skills in the industry. * Strong work ethic and commitment to health and safety.
