We’re currently looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Worker to join a growing mechanical contractor based in Romford, working across commercial and industrial projects in London and the South East. This is a long-term opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for steady work with a reputable company.
The Role
- Fabrication and installation of sheet metal ductwork
- Working from drawings and specifications
- Installation of galvanised, aluminium, and stainless steel ductwork
- Working on commercial projects (offices, schools, hospitals, industrial units)
- Liaising with site teams to ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Worker / Duct Fitter
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings
- CSCS card (preferred)
- Own tools and PPE
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Reliable and punctual
