Qualified Electrical Supervisor

Shero Talent Consultancy is on the lookout for an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to lead and oversee commercial and industrial electrical projects across Central and Southwest London. This is a full-time, site-based role ideal for a motivated professional looking for long-term progression and job security. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: * Supervise on-site electrical teams on commercial and industrial installations * Ensure all work is delivered to high safety and compliance standards * Oversee conduit installation, 1st and 2nd fix, and general power/lighting systems * Liaise with project managers, contractors, and electricians to maintain workflow and quality * Conduct site inductions, tool box talks, and ensure H&S standards are met * Report on progress, issues, and improvements to senior management ✅ What You’ll Need: * ECS/CSCS Card – Essential * SSSTS or SMSTS – Preferred * 18th Edition Qualified * Strong background in commercial and industrial electrical installations * Excellent understanding of conduit work, cable management, and compliance * Experience leading teams and managing on-site electrical operations * Reliable, well-organised, and confident with site coordination * Able to work independently with a proactive and professional approach 🌟 What We Offer: * Long-term, ongoing projects with potential for permanent placement * Work on high-profile commercial and industrial sites in London * Negotiable pay, based on your experience and leadership capabilities * A chance to take on real responsibility within a supportive and trade-focused consultancy
