Qualified Electrical Supervisor

Shero Talent Consultancy is seeking a Permanent Electrical Supervisor to join a growing team working in the social housing sector. This is a dual role, requiring both office-based responsibilities in Essex and site-based supervision across the Southeast. We\’re looking for an experienced leader who can ensure the highest standards of electrical compliance and support a team of electricians delivering EICR and remedial works. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: * Oversee completed jobs and ensure all compliance standards are met * Conduct visual checks of photos provided by electricians and verify the accuracy of EICR certifications * Perform post-work inspections and shadow operatives to uphold quality standards * Ensure electrical work complies with current British standards and NICEIC regulations * Provide technical guidance and support to team members * Keep up to date with industry regulations, best practices, and standards * Act as a liaison between clients, contractors, and operatives to ensure job requirements are delivered effectively ✅ Candidate Requirements: * NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification * 2391 Test & Inspection certification * AM2 qualified * Minimum 3 years’ experience in the social housing sector – Essential * Proven experience managing a team of electricians * Strong knowledge of EICR processes and standards * Confident in enrolling as a Qualified Supervisor (QS) on the NICEIC * Excellent attention to detail, compliance awareness, and communication skills * Ability to work independently, use initiative, and manage multiple site operations 🌟 Why Join Us? * Work with a company that prioritises safety, standards, and support * Long-term permanent role with growth potential * Opportunity to lead, train, and shape a high-performing electrical team * Competitive salary negotiable depending on experience
