Are you a skilled Mechanical Estimator looking to join a growing, dynamic team? We are currently seeking an experienced professional with a strong mechanical background to support our expanding operations in an office-based role located in Kent.
About the Role:
You’ll be working closely with project managers, engineers, and the commercial team to produce accurate mechanical estimates for a range of commercial and industrial projects. Your attention to detail, industry knowledge, and ability to analyse drawings and specifications will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed mechanical estimates from drawings and specifications
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations
- Produce take-offs and cost breakdowns
- Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility
- Identify value engineering opportunities and potential risks
- Maintain an organised database of estimates and tender submissions
What We’re Looking For:
