My client is a well-established and growing Mechanical Building Services contractor delivering high-quality projects across the commercial, industrial and specialist sectors. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual looking to take ownership of multiple projects and play a key role in the successful delivery of mechanical installations from pre-construction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing multiple mechanical projects simultaneously.
  • Procuring labour packages and managing labour resources.
  • Sourcing and managing subcontractor packages.
  • Preparing valuations and applications for payment.
  • Identifying and implementing value engineering opportunities.
  • Pricing and managing project variations.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered in line with agreed programmes.
  • Managing project costs and ensuring profitability targets are achieved.
  • Liaising with clients, consultants and site teams throughout project delivery.
  • Supporting the pre-construction team with estimating and tendering activities when required.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within the Building Services or M&E sector.
  • Strong commercial awareness and project financial management skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of mechanical building services installations.
  • Ability to manage subcontractors, labour and client relationships effectively.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
